Halide perovskites have attracted great attention due to their high color purity, high luminance yield, low non-radiative recombination rate, and solution processability. Although the external quantum efficiency of perovskite light-emitting diodes (PeLEDs) is comparable with that of the organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) and quantum-dots light-emitting diodes (QLEDs), the brightness is still low compared with the traditional OLEDs and QLEDs. Herein, we demonstrate high brightness and high-efficiency CsPbBr3-based PeLEDs using interface and bulk controlled nanocrystal growth of the perovskite emission layer. The interface engineering by ethanolamine and bulk engineering by polyethylene glycol led to highly crystallized and cubic-shaped perovskite nanocrystals with smooth and compact morphology. As a result, PeLEDs with a high brightness of 64756 cd/m2 and an external quantum efficiency of 13.4% have been achieved.

In this paper, we demonstrate a color tunable white organic light-emitting devices (WOLEDs) based on the two complementary color strategies by introducing two-dimensional (2-D) dual periodic gratings. It is possible to tune the color in a range between cold-white and warmwhite by simply operating the polarization of polarizer in front of the microstructured WOLEDs. Experimental and numerical results demonstrate that color tunability of the WOLEDs comes from the effect of the 2-D dual periodic gratings by exciting the surface plasmon-polariton (SPP) resonance associated with the cathode/organic interface. The electroluminescence (EL) performance of the WOLEDs have also been improved due to the effective light extraction by excitation and out-coupling of the SPP modes, and a 39.65% enhancement of current efficiency has been obtained compared to the conventional planar devices.

Abstract
A Sagnac loop filter with two pieces of high birefringence fiber having equal lengths, and spliced together at a fixed angle of 30o displacement between the two principle axes, is proposed in this letter. Gain equalization of erbium-doped fiber amplifiers (EDFAs) is implemented by tuning only the polarization controller in the loop filter. Experimental result shows that there remains a deviation of \pm 1 dB in the region of the flattened profile with the useful bandwidth of about 23 nm, thereby demonstrating the effectiveness of the method. An effective mathematical model and mechanism is also given for further explanation.

在基于4f 结构的平面集成光电混合相关器系统中,由于采用折叠光路结构,增大了像差,降低了系统的识别能力。通过对平面集成光学相关器的结构分析,利用斜入射坐标理论,确定系统中微光学透镜的相位调制函数。对微光学透镜元件的相位函数进行分析,用Zemax软件优化系统以降低系统的像差,从而提高识别能力。通过分析像质评价图,得到优化后的系统最大光程差小于λ/4,达到了衍射极限。用Matlab软件对优化前后的系统进行对比量化分析,优化后系统的识别能力提高了约0.8倍。表明优化后的像差得到了很好的改善,系统的识别能力有了明显的提高。

基于导光板底面直接熔合微棱镜取代目前背光系统平面反射膜和网点两层结构,推导了棱镜底角和出射亮度方向角之间的关系,提出导光板出射亮度方向角与棱镜远近光源底角的解析公式。用LightTools软件对导光板进行建模仿真,通过改变棱镜两个底角,得到出射亮度峰值方向和底角之间的变化规律。理论值与模拟仿真值基本符合,为背光模组一体化的研究提供理论和实验依据。依据上述规律,设计出一体化导光板结构,其中,微棱镜近光源角为86°,远光源角为37°,亮度达到现行3M背光系统指标。

谐振式光纤陀螺(R-FOG)中, 偏振波动引起的检测信号漂移对陀螺系统的检测精度有重要影响。通过矩阵法, 分析系统中光纤耦合器不同偏振本征态(ESOPs)的耦合系数差异, 与所引起的系统零偏的关系, 得到其与两个偏振本征态耦合系数以及光纤环形谐振腔参数间的解析表达式。利用该解析表达式, 求解系统零偏为极值时, 耦合器不同偏振本征态的最佳耦合系数;该最佳耦合系数仅与光纤环形谐振腔的损耗参数有关。通过Matlab软件进行数值拟合, 得到不同偏振本征态耦合系数与系统零偏之间的关系曲线。从理论上建立耦合器耦合系数偏振相关引起的噪声模型。利用该理论模型, 对已报道的R-FOG开环实验系统中偏振波动引起的系统零偏进行了估算。

基于微光学与二元光学技术,设计了一种新型的平面折叠式光学相关器,将相关器中组成4f系统的傅里叶变换透镜、全息匹配滤波器、输入面和输出面集成到一个平面器件上,与另一平面偏振反射镜构成一个反射型的平面光学系统。讨论了相关器的系统结构设计、系统参数的设计,给出了具体的设计模型,计算出其体积可减小至约12 cm3。利用菲涅耳衍射数值模拟方法对系统的图像识别过程进行了仿真,得到了良好的相关输出结果,证实平面集成光学相关器具有很好的识别性能。
